What does everyone like about the different markets? Here is a list of things that I've commonly seen cited, and I want to add anything that anyone can think of for the markets so that newbies can figure out the best place for them.
There are probably around 10 markets going at any one time, but there are only four that have met the criteria to be added to the Superlist (though there are at least another four that have met all the requirements, but they just haven't tried to get themselves added to the Superlist for some reason).
Archetyp and DrugHub are head-and-shoulders above the other two, but there are reasons why you might want to use one of the others. As such, the positives of the top two markets that are listed here are mainly based on the differences between those two markets (i.e., some of the lesser markets may also have similar features).
The most useful features are in bold.

Archetyp
- Most user-friendly User Interface
- Least-annoying DDOS protection
- Cart system automatically combines orders for multiple products from the same vendor, eliminating the need to pay multiple times for shipping or use unnecessarily complicated workaround shipping options that not every vendor has and that buyers often mess up
- Market-specific forums and Wiki, second only to Dread (and with the option to post and read the forums in one of six languages)
- Most effective and comprehensive Helpdesk and ticket system
- Gambling and other games in addition to the market (which can be blocked in the settings if you do not want to see it)
- Allows the open sales of fentanyl, making the market a more transparent and honest one than any of the others
- Reviews can include text describing the order (not just number ratings like DrugHub)
- Products within each market category are more accurate than other markets (though there are still a lot of products that the vendors have placed in the wrong category)
- Search results display prices that actually correspond with the cost to the consumer (other markets can display a "per-unit price" that is very low, but the actual minimum purchase may be very high)
- Searches can be filtered by the unit and price range (but there is no ability to sort by lowest price, which is a serious disappointment for an otherwise great market)
- Custom default searches can be set up (to automatically view only products that are shipped to your country by default, for example)
- Ability to extend the Auto-Finalize timer at any time
- Easy and simple to withdraw money from your market wallet to your personal wallet with just a PIN (as opposed to needing to PGP sign every withdrawal request like on DrugHub)
- Ability to send and receive messages in plaintext, auto-encrypt all incoming messages, or automatically discard any messages that are not encrypted with PGP
- All messages between you and another user/vendor are in one place, and you can send multiple messages (as opposed to on DrugHub, where messages about a specific order are not seen in the general chat with a vendor, and once you send a vendor a message about an order you can't send them anything else until they reply)
- Blacklist to block specific users from contacting you (and prevent certain customers from buying from you if you are a vendor)
- Vendors and customers can enter "Vacation Mode" to indicate to other users when they will not be available to send and receive messages or products
- Has the most extensive public statistics about buyers and vendors (which, along with the text-based review system and the forums, helps customers to feel more confident in their choice of vendor)
- Favorites system that enables you to mark both vendors and individual products as favorites (and without a strict and small limit like the 10 products you are limited to on DrugHub)
- Vendors can be sent general messages (as opposed to needing to contact them through a specific product listing, as on DrugHub, even though there is a Contact Vendor button on the Vendor Description page that does not work)
- The Product Listing, Terms & Conditions, and the Vendor Description can all be viewed directly from any product listing (although they are hidden behind separate tabs that can easily go unnoticed, and the Vendor Description cannot be seen without opening up a specific product listing)
- More options for Two-Factor Authentication and Anti-Phishing Protection than other markets (as in, these are all actually optional and you can bypass them entirely if you want)
- Withdrawals are processed automatically so you don't have to wait for them to be manually sent (which is the case on DrugHub, where you can never be sure when the transfer will actually occur)
DrugHub
- Login time resets every time you use the market (so you do not need to keep logging in if you are using it all day)
- Successfully pulled off the first-and-only bailout of another DNM that went down (SuperMarket), ensuring that none of its users or vendors lost a significant amount of money (inherently catapulting the level of trust customers can have in them beyond all other markets except Archetyp)
- Buying and selling is done to a much greater degree of specificity (many more decimal places than Archetyp)
- Easier to sort search results in ascending or descending order by price
- Vendors can mark a product as "Out of Stock" instead of having to remove it from the market entirely when they are between shipments (though they can't mark themselves as on vacation and you just have to rely on the field that tells you when they have last logged on)
- All messages between buyers and vendors require PGP encryption (could be seen as a negative by some, since it takes more time and effort to send and read messages, but it is much more secure and there are specific pre-defined messages that can be sent to vendors in plaintext)
- Your Public PGP key is used to log in, removing the need to remember one more login credential (and there is the option to have an internal Jabber account linked with your DrugHub account)
- Ability to choose the length by which you want to extend the Auto-Finalize timer (though you must wait until a certain amount of time has passed)
- Product listings and Terms and Conditions are both displayed at the same time (without being hidden behind different tabs, but users must go to an entirely different page to view the Vendor Description)
- Payment is made to a new wallet that is specific to each transaction, after you have placed the order (so you don't need to add currency to a wallet beforehand and have little extra amounts sitting around in the site's wallet)
Dark Matter
- First DNM to offer XMR MultiSig (and the only one on the Superlist), which makes transactions even more secure
- You don't need to set up an account to order (after placing an order, just save the ID and PIN codes displayed and you can use those to dispute the transaction)
- Allows users to pay in Bitcoin, Litecoin, or ZCash (but it automatically exchanges it for Monero before actually sending it to the vendor, making it safer than just using one of those other coins)
Abacus
- Lots of Australian vendors
- Allows you to use Bitcoin (in case you want to put yourself at risk because you can't figure out how to get Monero)
